I only had a few problems in school, most of the time I stayed in my corner or out in the greenhouseLarry Gude said:...more problems with white folk that I ever did with black or any other color folk.
It does tend to get the point across efficiently and without a lot of needless chatter, doesn't it?Larry Gude said:Sometimes, azz whipping's are good learning aids.
And people like that are why schools get anal and suspend kids over wearing a Dale Earnhardt Jr. cap and a Kasey Kahne T-Shirt.vegmom said:Most schools ban any type of dress that is "disruptive" and that is how your attire was viewed. It's all about context. I doubt you would have even caused a ripple in some areas, but PG County...I think wearing a Confederate Battle Flag there is Chapter 3 of The Final Exit.

Maybe it's because their cars display advertisments for "grown up beverages"?AndyMarquisLIVE said:And people like that are why schools get anal and suspend kids over wearing a Dale Earnhardt Jr. cap and a Kasey Kahne T-Shirt.![]()

So we have become so pussified that a Budweiser logo is disruptive?vegmom said:Maybe it's because their cars display advertisments for "grown up beverages"?
Doubt they'll do anything about kids wearing shirts with Jrs new car on it.
I know where you are coming from but if I can't go around metering out ass whippings to people who pizz me off and get a free pass no one else should either.vraiblonde said:If I were the judge instead of this KKK bigot they have working for them, I'd call it misdemeanor battery and let them off with a warning (which is what typically happens with schoolyard fights).
Then I would prosecute the white kids for a hate crime, and bring their charming parents in to have a chat.
Stop acting like I am on your side or I will kick your ass.AndyMarquisLIVE said:Bingo![]()
But these kids are expecting to be above the law because of race. Whatever the whiote punk deserves, it's all about letting kids off with committing a crime because of race.

Advertisements for Alcohol or Tobacco on apparel were banned when I was in school. Still is according to the little booklet veggirl brought home.AndyMarquisLIVE said:So we have become so pussified that a Budweiser logo is disruptive?
YOU DON'T KNOW THAT.AndyMarquisLIVE said:But these kids are expecting to be above the law because of race.
I disagree.Pete said:Is there any justification for physically attacking someone based on words? No not in civilized society. Cut and dried.
Are you really this dumb, or is it an act?AndyMarquisLIVE said:So we have become so pussified that a Budweiser logo is disruptive?
If Boy were being picked on by some kids in school, would you go to the ACLU?Pete said:They go to the ACLU and show bias and or injustice by the school district when this all started and the ACLU files suit in Federal Court for them.
You know, it does.vraiblonde said:It does tend to get the point across efficiently and without a lot of needless chatter, doesn't it?
The fatal flaw of your argument right there. The 6 kids up for charges were not being attacked by the lone white kid. They were not "defending them selves".vraiblonde said:If Boy were being picked on by some kids in school, would you go to the ACLU?
The fact that the parents DIDN'T contact Jackson, Sharpton and the ACLU when this stuff first started should be an indicator that they're not activist types, but just normal people trying to manage their problems.
AND the parents of these white kids certainly knew what was going on, especially after their kids got in trouble for it by the principal (which was then later rescinded by the Super). They knew. And they apparently didn't try to stop it or teach their little racist any better.
What are you supposed to do when the school, the other parents, AND the judge is stacked against you? Read the Wiki. It's citationed to within an inch of its life. If you then still think the black kids had other means of defending themselves, I don't know what to tell you.
Honestly I would go to the school and demand they do something. Then if I was not satisfied I would go to the school board and maybe even court.vraiblonde said:If Boy were being picked on by some kids in school, would you go to the ACLU?

They're supporting them because the judge gave them a much more severe punishment than the "crime" warranted.Vince said:Just saw on the news how thousands are going to the town to support the Jena6.
You cannot go to court over picking. It's not a crime.Pete said:Honestly I would go to the school and demand they do something. Then if I was not satisfied I would go to the school board and maybe even court.
