pretend that some people thought a Country was too rich and too white...
those people may be disenfranchised in their minds... they think rich white people did it 400 hunerert years ago...
Fix:
Phase I
start a cultural revolution
tell white people they should:
a) give money to disenfranchised,
b) assume shame and responsibility of past deeds. not affecting the alleged disenfranchised personally
c) tell "birthers" to stop having white babies
1) get tubes tied, (date only other birthers)
2) arrange to have your offspring castrated /gender reassignments
** (how many transgendered black/brown kids' have you seen?)
Phase II
Insert a doddering puppet as "leader"
encourage brown and black people to flood the gates and infiltrate
decimate the older white people with some virus or something, mandate inoculations with controversial harmful potions.....
and voila, you've ruined the stew with rat poison.
