Due for release Nov. 2007. I always wanted to see this made into a movie.
Hopefully with Frank Darabont as director it will be a good one. He also did the Green Mile and The Shawshank Redemption. The reason I came across this was this article:

Sounds good to me. I remember reading it in the short stories book when it first came out.
