"Voter registration form written in language of Haitian migrants prompts LaRose warning"

"An unnamed government office had a voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language and the form was flagged by the Clark County Board of Elections, which rejected the applicant, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said on Thursday.

The discovery of the unauthorized form written in the language spoken by Haitian immigrants prompted LaRose’s office to warn all 88 county boards to “be vigilant” in watching out for unauthorized forms."

"His office did not indicate what government agency had provided the form.

Clark County Board of Elections officials could not be reached for comment.

Noncitizens cannot legally vote in Ohio.

Voting forms and information should be written in English, period. If you cannot speak, read, and write English you cannot vote in our elections.

In fact all of our public services and government information should be English only. Not sure why some Mexican national who speaks no English would be contacting the IRS or unemployment office.

Is speaking English a requirement for citizenship?

Is the City Commission or The BIDEN Admin to blame
Both.... I worked part time for a friend who has 4 different clients in Springfield that we would stop to service their equipment once a month. The city is in terrible shape. The only salvation was that we would stop at "El Toro's" on Thirsty Thursday for lunch as beer (32oz) was a dollar.

This is a report from 2019... sad but true.

Springfield’s housing is cheap, because a great deal of the homes are dilapidated. There are many blocks which have two or three out of five houses that are boarded up. They are not livable.
The historical part of town has turned once beautiful, large, single family homes into multiple family dwellings. It is clear that the owners do not maintain the homes or properties.
There are many such houses throughout the city.
It is not pedestrian friendly, and the public transportation system is not effective for those who work. It runs only twelve hours a day.

It is a place visit or perhaps go to college. There is a college and university here.

The whole city shouts to me that it is a ghetto that has a jewel hidden hither and thither.

This is not a place to live or be overlong."

Springfield was home to several weekly magazine and book printing companies but during the 80's & 90's all of them closed causing the city to lose a major tax base, and the rest is history.

Not defending the Haitians, but these pictures could be from any homeless camp anywhere.
Maybe, but they were part of the article regarding the Springfield Ohio Commission and the recall effort..

The media wouldn't make up things in their reports, would they...

One step forward, only those actively employed are able to vote. If you are not a capitalist and taking an active part of our capitalist system you don’t vote.

I’ve worked since I was 16 and don’t need strangers to give me ideas what to do with my time.

Do you even read what you wrote? The city was dead, not even dying, dead.

The migrants work hard and factories are happy to have them.

All native born folks of talent left decades ago, it’s true of all the rust belt cities. Eager migrants came in and are working.

The “retired” or “disabled” in this forum are terrified of work, they never talk about actually making an effort. They are embarrassed by their laziness when someone else does better than them, especially an immigrant.

That was 1992,. If someone in 1993 thought to say something like that it would have been from 1961.

I guess that’s why “Lucy I’m home!” Gets no traction. They all died years ago.

Imagine for a moment 15,000 Haitians dumped in Leonardtown.
Where could they be put up.? What kind of work could they find even if they could find work.

What brilliant government numb nutted retard decided to dump 15,000 illiterate dregs of Haitian society on this small town?
What kind of financing did they allow this town?
A town of 60,000 people all of a sudden presented with 15,000. people with no jobs, no homes, no work ethic, no history, no background information . Are they eating domestic animals? Who knows? They are probably eating anything they can get their hands on. These people come from a culture of Voodoo, hard times, doing what they need to do to survive and they are tossed into a community that is unawares.

Blame i on Biden -Harris? I doubt either one of them even knew WTF was happening. Some Democrat jerk-off with an IQ of 65 had to think up this cluster****.
