You believe improperly. The person who came up with the Big Bang theory was a priest. You should consider re-calibrating your belief.
That's the same as saying the Democrats started the KKK. It is disingenuous. Creationists do not believe in no matter who came up with it
That's not permission, that's why you would choose to voluntarily register. But, you can marry and have EVERY benefit of being married except the tax variations (good or bad). You can even share your home, celebrate anniversaries, go on vacations together, plan your lives together, love one another, visit each other in the hospital, leave all of your possessions to each other via a will, insure one another, have a commitment ceremony in front of friends and family, raise children.....whatever you want.
That is not true. In many states without the certificate you can not visit your partner in the hospital, will your possessions or insure one another if you are gay.
I do understand how the courts work. It would seem you do not. You can get a hearing virtually same day for an emergency situation, like this would be. Right after the rape kit is administered at the hospital, for example, one could start the process and take the Plan B, or a same-day when found out one is pregnant - file the charges and talk with the judge. She doesn't have to PROVE anything, she merely has to have a believable story and have charged the rape.
Sounds like you re say g she has to prove it
Not sure what that has to do with anything. Less than 1% of the time Jeff Dahmer was alive was he killing people - does that mean his murders didn't matter?
You were the one who said 1% of abortions are due to rape or incest so I guess we should ignore your statistic?
Why? That makes no sense whatsoever when we consider ourselves free. Ford didn't offer my car in the color I wanted - should I sue?
No because they offered you a car. Do you not understand the meaning of discrimination? That doesn't mean they need to provide every car. just the ones they sell need to be provided to everyone
That's an opinion, but not a very well thought out one. For religious freedom, one should be able to NOT provide a service if they choose.
Now, I will grant you that if you are the ONLY pharmacist in 100 miles, and therefore the only person able to supply certain legal/prescription drugs for one's health and safety, you should probably be required to provide that service. No one NEEDS Baker X to provide a cake for their health and safety.
Please read the public accommodation law. If you offer a service you must offer it equally.
Dozen's of courts have agreed
No clue what that is about. Never heard of a T-shirt thing.
I would explain it to you but your lack of understanding of the definition of discrimination doesn't give me much hope.
That's a great philosophy. People who have never been raped should make laws about rape, or never been murdered should make laws about murder, either. You make a lot of sense
