Too many people are trying to analyze the sources of the behavior in Minneapolis (some spot on, others have no clue) and we need to take some of that insight and look down the road: WHAT is the next likely phase of the confrontations?

It should be this one:
Trump is proven right, networks of demonstrators are arrested and protests quietly die.

but it will be this:
The nation grows weary of it & the media successfully frames it as Trumps fault: Midterms tank Rep.

Alternately the leftwing Dembot media realizes this issue is a loser with mainstream voters and pivots to something else they can blame on Trump.

I predict the media attention will fizzle since they've been on it for so long. They've already pulled back some ICE, most folks will say enough is enough and go back to living their lives.

Democrats and the media held on to it for too long too early for it to have any meaningful impact on the midterms. But it is entirely possible they will pivot to something else they can blame Trump for, like Vrai said.

Very curious to see if voter turnout changes at all; or in other words, how many were voting previously that shouldn't have been able to.

There MUST be some hand wringing in the boardrooms of the major networks because: Poli-sci studies prove that as the public is exposed to endless stories of riots, vandalism, angry chaotic demonstrations...voters shift: RIGHT.
So...the media (always seeking an agenda to promote)...realizes they are adding MORE voters to republican rolls. It must be infuriating but they are addicted to TDS and everything they try adds to their opponents. Is this a relative to Schrodinger's Cat?

**EDIT: The AWFLs swing opposite: They sympathize with criminals, illegals, demonstrators, POCs, gender confused, etc...even if they are smashing up a Starbucks (that's corporate grievance so it is allowed). They see themselves as aligning with the sodden masses as a sense of belonging with the struggle. THAT demographic block helped push a Muslim communist into the mayor's office in NYC. Is that the target audience of the media????

I hope you're right.

Queen, in this case, is purely a double entente, or something…
Elvis wasn’t the Queen, so they say…
