Better yet, go and Buy American for one day and see how well you do.

And dig a bit deeper and see how much we "owe" China for buying our debt and in exchange for $$$ we give them trade deals.

How else do you think we pay for stuff when the Govenment is so deep in debt?

We get loans and China is among the top 3 we get loans from.
That is why we cant cut off trade with China and STOP the importation of crap, lead tainted goods.

I've always thought that would be a target for attacks. Imagine..."Black Friday" at the mega-mall packed with people carrying large bags and boxes. How difficult would it be for someone to carry out a suicide bomber attack? Or even worse, a chem/bio attack. Imagine if it was a coordinated attack against several malls small and large. How many people would avoid the malls after that out of fear?

I grew up like 10 minutes away from there and no way terrorists would be worried about anyone from Dover. The terrorists might as well be trying to blow up a field of cows in Nebraska.

I agree with you. The article puts off like it is more of a scare tatic then anything else.

You are so right. The government at it's best will take 52 days to examine gumballs. The mall issue is not new- but more likely. I'd hate to see how long the goverment would take to examine every mall in the gold ole' USA!

There are several HUGE/MEGA malls out there...Mall of Americia comes to mind..Big target..close to the Canadan border...and the Great Lakes...a lot of places for terriorst to slip thru unnoticed...

I apologize for making fun of the valley girls... It would be a real shame if they attacked our malls...

Lets face it... last year there were rumors about the malls.... right around black friday....

There were also rumors about the football games and people were worried about going to the Superbowl....

Once again we have to remember that if we go about our lives in fear, then they have already won....
