Used to stop in there after band practice and drink free draft when it was Bennett's Bar.

No, she was our drummer and only 16 at the time. It was her house that we practiced at though.

If I'm not mistaken, Capt. Bailey's bar in Avenue (T's Cove most recently..sadly an empty lot now) was supposed to be the longest continually operating bar/pub in MD..or something like that..

There was a small placard on the outside of the building that had that claim posted. I know I did my part to keep the tradition alive... ;-)
