I've been wondering about these, since I first saw the commercial and now I see them in the stores everywhere. Been looking for something else besides ordinary hand weights as they do not seem to work for me. Do they really tone your arms like the ad says?

I keep it on my desk and use it here at my computer, I can definitely feel the difference.
