This is actually a prequal of the 1982 sci-fi horror masterpiece by John Carpender. I went into this thinking "I hope they didn't ruin this" and they very well could have. I found it entertaining, and a great revisit to the 1982 movie. I am not going to go into the story but if you like sci-fi horror then you will love this movie.
