I would love to wear the hat if I could find one, and you know dude, your person lost you need to get over it. maybe your life will get better if you jump on the train instead of being left at the station. God Bless president trump
They don't get how seriously messed up that is - that if you wear a symbol offensive to someone - you're just ASKING to get your ass thumped.
Tolerance and freedom of speech is BASED ON THE IDEA that someone can say something that makes your blood *boil* and you grant them the freedom to say it.
It by no means allows for the idea that if someone says something you don't like, you're free to beat the #### out of them and send them to the hospital.
It absolutely means you should be free to say objectionable - especially *politically* objectionable - things.
I realize it mainly refers to the government although when the government refuses to intervene - they're tacitly approving.
When a kid in Rockville is put in an ambulance because people thumped him for wearing a "Make American Great Again" it is astonishing that anyone thinks the hat wearer is the problem - and not the people who attacked him.
So I don't care if you think it's the same as "wearing a swastika". People should still have the freedom to do that also. That's what freedom of speech and tolerance is supposed to mean.
You'd think the left - who constantly reminds us of how tolerant they are - would get this.
