Specifically, I was thinking of Spinnakers, when Spin owned it and he and Neil were producing some spectacular meals out of the kitchen.

What caught me eye were Evans Seafood and Powder Mountain...both owned (then) by friends of mine.

I miss the old IMDB; it was certainly more useful (to me) than the ad laden site it is now. Archive.org is one of my faves. :D

Movies.com was my 'goto' website until Disney got a hold of it and ruined it ... like so many other websites - trying to build a 'Portal' for the Go Network

I have been 'online' since 1995 ... most of the websites looked like slide 9

courier font and basic color - white, gray - maybe black .

.. if you were trying to be hip you had some text that used /blink and a really annoying font color like hot pink or fuchsia
