Strung Out
...haven't got to ride, REALLY ride dirt this year with the endless freeze, snow, slick, rainy mess. This PM, got to climb on a buddies 2010 CRF 250 and just rip for awhile. The dirt could not have been any better, just that soft, hook up, perfect earth and rubber thing. The bike has plenty of ass for my skill level but, could use some more ponies simply because I am a fat #### and we're building a fairly hilly track with some uphills I flogged it all it had and could have used more. The suspension was absolutely fabulous and soaked up some hits that are otherwise bone jarring on my 230, what's left of it's suspension. Really, really good damping and sweet rebound.

I'm exhausted right now, walking like I'm 80 and a little shaky but, damn it feels good!!! Never gets old. If I die on a dirt bike, it's OK with me.

Maybe the gummint should give me a few hundred billion and I'll see to it that everyone gets in some dirt bike mental health time and we'll see medical costs, anger, frustration and melancholy ####ing disappear! Gawd, I feel good!!!!

Haven't ridden dirt bikes since I was a teenager. Long time ago. I believe my my last dirt bike was an Islo/Cooper. Enjoy.
