"Let's forget that Rick Kaplan, Bill Clinton's old pal, is now a news dept honcho at ABC, and is in charge of (among other things) saving This Week's latest failing host, George Steponallofus, former Clinton campaign executive and White House spokesboy, who at present has lower ratings than reruns of the Gong Show.
