Give them reparations, it ends up in the drug dealers' hands, and finds its way back to politicians via "campaign donations". BRILLIANT!

This isn't something that can be enacted by a task force, needs to be a bill or a referendum. Last census says California is only 6.5% black, so for this to be enacted they would need a whole lot of other people to vote in favor.

If that many non-blacks in california feel it necessary to give black people money because an ancestor was mistreated I guess good for them. Remember, california never had legal slavery so this is only about effects of racism and such.

Just think about this. Whatever California does our Democrat muttonheads in Annapolis will want to do.
And unlike California we have an abundance of black residents. ,and a black Governor.

Did anyone know that Moore has $1.2 million dollars invested in a Cannabis company which he slickly placed in a blind trust just before he signed a Cannabis reform bill? Moore isn't a blind as some might think.
