I have a moto X from last december and love it!!! No problems with it and it has the coolest features. I would recommend it.

Looks nice, but Motorola lost me with their debacles on the Droid 3 and the Bionic flagship phone. I am waiting to see what this Note Edge looks like.

So, been more than two weeks now, love this thing. Battery life is silly. Where a full day at the desk with the old phone (Razr HD MAxx, itself no slouch in the battery department) would leave the old phone at under 30%, this thing has over 70% left when I walk out the door. To have work email on the phone, I have to have the PIN lock screen, which sorta sucks, but there's a "trusted device" mode, where when you are connected to a given bluetooth device, the phone stays unlocked. Leave the BT device, and it reenables the lockscreen immediately. Ended up getting the ballistic nylon back since thats the only way to get the 64 gig model.

Google Voice, at least from an end-user's perspective, seemed to pretty much be left out in the sun to die, though, as Hangouts took over. You could get SMS text messages in Hangouts, but remember that Google Voice messages are different, and separate. We were promised Google Voice-Hangouts integration, but the months came and went. Finally, now, it's happening.

Never really used Hangouts, unless I'm on travel and want to chat with my wife.

I've been debating setting Hangouts to the default messenger. Is it worth doing?
