Ha! I'd like to think not...but you never know...I'm sure its a job to keep them clean...

I told my mom who's been looking for a cocker and she is going to call to see if he's still available for adoption.

He is still available and mom is coming down on Saturday to see him!! Was told it would be $85 if he gets adopted. Keep your fingers crossed!!

Putting your name on him doesn't work, I'm not even sure they will do that for the public. When a rescue puts their name on it, it's still first come first served...

But I agree, he may not last till Saturday, need to be sure she is the first one there...

As long as he gets adopted, that's all that's important. If he's not there on Saturday, then that just means he found his forever home that much sooner.

and maybe then they'll fall in love w/another dog and then TWO dogs have found forever homes......

Due to a change in employees at the shelter, I strongly encourage everyone to go adopt their next companion - they are NOT being held as long as they were in the past and more dogs die on a daily basis.

Not by my mom but by someone. Called at 10am and he was already gone. Hooray for Riley!!

When I was there on Thursday the 8th, Riley was there and so was his buddy. Little black dog. Seemed kind of timid. They are saying that it is a chihuahua mix.
