Got a packet in the mail with a pitch for new roofing. Complete with a picture of my house as taken from Google Maps, estimated square footage and and an estimate for a new roof. I had seen this method for solar panel estimates, but you had to initiate the request. This was unsolicited.
Too bad the roof had already been replaced after that picture was taken.
