BUSH CAMP REAX: "There will be a time for debates after the convention, and during the next few weeks, John Kerry should take the time to finish the debates with himself.

Who says politics is boring? And John Kerry is a simpleton if he thinks Bush has nothing better to do than debate him once a week. He's trying to run a country here - all Kerry has to do is run around and campaign. Hell, he can't even be bothered to show up for his Senate votes anymore.

But it sure didn't stop Kerry from demanding that Bush do just that very thing, did it? And it sure didn't stop Kerry from filing a suit with the FEC to get the SBV ads banned, did it?
