Seent this a few times now. I think the common idea is that this teacher is pushing the boundaries to either get fired or get all the attention. If they get fired they can sue. The school district is playing nice and waiting for this teacher to give up or step over the line because they are also cognizant of getting sued.
You'd think parents would be demanding this freak be fired, and yet he's still there. So clearly they like it and it has nothing to do with me.

This article and the others mention parents are complaining. That's why they keep saying the school board is backing the teacher. They wouldn't be "backing" anything if there was no pushback.
They could get rid of the school board pretty easily, but they don't do it. There are a few folks at my kids' old school that no doubt remember me quite well, that is if they're still there.
It's like all that kerfluffle in VA - parents being pushed around by a freaking school board.
Like they're some kind of authority or anything more than a dumbshit employee. Who lets their employees treat them like that?
He thinks it's a long troll and is waiting for that to come out.
