My cat doesn't get along with foxes. He does get along with deer though.

I agree, the Eagle just makes it awesome! Sitting there all regal while watching the cats and the fox shiver...Such an odd group!

It makes me think of my mother, who is gone, now. She loved to call all my critters 'the peaceable kingdom'. At that time, we had two cats, two dogs, and a parakeet, and, almost, the snake that my son wanted, but I said no. Animals could teach humans some lessons. We had a mama deer with her twin spotted babies, and her yearling spike male in our yard today, eating my hostas again! But, I couldn't chase them away. Then, tonight we had 7 wild turkeys in the back corner, and my husband said that they were getting ready to roost for the night. Animals are awesome! We have to protect them as much as we can.
