Folks come from far and wide for this one... I've seen folks from Toronto, Tennessee, New York, Virginia...and it gets bigger every year. Never seen anything like it. over 6 miles of side by side bikes/bikers, all for sick kids.
I'd like to say, "See ya there", but in reality, the chances of seeing anyone you know there, unless you ride in with them, are slim to none.
The end of this ride is special. You park your bike, and walk into the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and get to meet, speak with, shake hands with and wave to some of the kids (some terminally ill kids) at the hospital. Grown men do cry, even when wearing their colors.
