“This class action seeks to challenge the false and deceptive marketing and advertising of Buffalo Wild Wings’ Boneless Wings,” the filings read. “Specifically, the name and description of the Products (i.e., as “Boneless Wings”) leads reasonable consumers to believe the Products are actually chicken wings. ”

In other words, Halim claims people were led to believe that the defendants simply deboned the chicken wings, which would then have been comprised entirely of chicken wing meat.

Same. I tried boneless wings for the first time last week and they were unimpressive. They were clearly bones stripped out of wings and not chicken nuggets. You'd get them because you like a lot of breading and only a hint of meat.

Went there once, kids covered the bill. IDK what it cost, but I, we, they haven't been back to my knowledge. I think my son chose BWW so he could purchase a drink along with his meal. He had just turned 21 at the time.
