This truly pisses me off. No way in Hell should a baby of 2 yrs be allowed on that by himself. What is wrong with people. If your reading this....I am so sorry for your loss but where is your brain? What were you thinking?

At least start the kid off on a small power wheel car or something. Hope this haunts them for the rest of their life.

No offense but this is what give the country folk a bad name....my goverment teacher always told us... "Please children I beg some of you not to reproduce" apparently these two parents should have most definitely not have been allowed to breed.

When I drove a school bus I would tell some of the useless high schoolers, "Do the taxpayers a favor and drop out now, stop wasting my money and please NEVER breed."

It's a damn shame the little man died...........but at least the parents had a helmet on the child and the mother did hit the kill switch, it would be different if he was out there by himself.
