What I didn't see until I read the ESPN commentary, was that he hit 67 out of 72 fairways, for the tournament!

Yeah, on my best day on the course, I could only hope/pray to nail half of my tee shots where I wanted them to land!

Are you sure that's what it said? There should only be about 56 fairways to hit (I say about because some courses don't have 4 par 3s). At any rate, if he only missed 5, that is amazing for Tiger. Tiger Woods missing 5 fairways for the week = 90+% chance Tiger wins the tournament.

You're right. The Par 3s don't count in the total mix. So, my estimate is not correct.

I was thinking 4 eighteen hole rounds.
