Tiki Bar Sold?

Yes, I have heard this every year since I got here (almost seven years now), but I just got this email from a friend of mine...

It is official, the Tiki Bar is sold. The new owners, two local guys, Clark & Donovan will take over this Thursday. They have no plans in making any changes. It will remain open for the season with the same great recipes created by John & Kathy.

John & Kathy wanted all their friends to come celebrate their last evening as owners, this Wednesday night. So spread the word and come wish them all the best.

See you there Wednesday night, June 29th.

Tiki Bar was sold. I think they had until June 30 or so to consummate the deal..financing etc. I was there a few Fridays ago and the "new owners" were observing everything.

Was there last night, and was told the same.
Also, word has it that the county wants the new owners to move the bar 100 feet back from the road.
