I moved here in 2001, and I have yet to go to the tiki bar at all, much less opening weekend :ohwell:

Look I've been out here in this freighter in the Bay for way over a month and I'm almost out of Vodka. I have been waiting for this day, & goshed darned if I have to float the whole way there in my little yellow dingy I will have a Mai Tai.:bigwhoop:

DI-TTO! I have no interest. Have been by it, I go to Katamaran's for the happy hour buffalo shrimp then get the hell outta dodge before the club scene starts.
I love that buffalo sauce:elaine::hot::drool:

I've never been to an opening...but, I have been there a couple of times in the summer....didn't see the appeal

There is no music, no A/C, no shade, the drinks are WAY overpriced, in other words, it's a drunkfest....If that's what you're into, have at it

Rumor has it I'm to be there... actually I'm more than sure I'll be there cuz the girls have been planning it since January.
