Not looking to get into a discussion of use v non-use v you're a sheeple v why do you want to kill your grandma. Just a simple tip:
Add some fragrant oil to your hand sanitizer. Couple of drops, shake it up. Make it smell any way you want. Peppermint, orange, strawberry, favorite cologne, motor oil (to really disguise that you use it)....
