Tip Sharing

Just saw a help wanted sign that lists tio sharing like it's a plus. I suppose if you are a shitty server it is. What good server would want to work there?

Was it a smaller business? Tip sharing is actually quite common in smaller restaurants. CD Cafe does it. People tend to stay and linger longer in places like that and there aren't enough tables to really assign sections, so they all work all the tables.
