My ribs hurt.

This is how the little girl kept spinning to sleep last night. Kicked me all night long.

Queue up the "why is the baby sleeping in your bed" questions.

:cds:

When I first had her and we were still in the hospital I had some tech flip out on me over that. Hate to say, I flipped out back and didn't see her the rest of the night. The peace and quiet was lovely, though.

Oh the hospital stay was probably THE best sleep I've had in 2 years!!

My son still has sleep issues. I have a spar bedroom with a double bed and a bed rail on one for the nights he wakes up and doesn't want to go back to sleep. Like last night. Lol.

Does she sleep with you all night, every night? To each their own but I like my alone time with hubby. That said, we do bring lil man in our room if he wakes up after 4. It's easier to get him to go back to sleep with us, rather than have him wake up and be ready to get up for the day. We've tried to get him to go back to sleep in his crib and, for the most part, he's just not having it!

Maaaaan, they never leave me alone in the hospital. I swear, every hour they need to come in to stab me with something, take my blood pressure, do this, do that... :cds:

With the boy we only stayed one night. Got the hell out of there as fast as I could! With the girl we had to stay for two nights because her shoulder got stuck and they wanted to keep an eye on her.

Oi, reminds me, I need to make her 6 month well bebe appointment soon. WHY DOES TIME GO SO FAST

Eh. I don't feel sorry for people when they complain about lack of sleep because they allow their kids. I will never understand the whole cosleeping thing.

Works for some. My son slept better on his own, little girl sleeps better with a buddy. Also much easier for feeding her, just have to pop the top off rather than get up, go get her out of her bed, sit down somewhere, feed her, put her back into bed and then get back into my bed. It's laziness :coffee:

I don't mind when Chase wants to sleep with me, husband does. I see no harm in it, many cultures do it. I know some of my sons teachers, who have degrees in child psychology do it with their own children and they all seem fine, to each their own !!:buddies: Whatever works and gets EVERYONE needed sleep

We weren't even in our bed or bedroom when we made this one, thank you

Thing 1: Made in Aruba...ON our one year Anniversary
Thing 2: Made on our living room floor, surrounded by Christmas presents were were wrapping :rawr:

I can't count the number of times Jayden's slept in our bed, many, but never through the night and actually, we didn't even start until he was probably 9 months old. We were just soooo tired and since he wouldn't cry himself to sleep and wanted to be rocked forever, we just brought him in our room. I know that's horrible but dammit, we were tired! And I must say, I do love my snuggles with lil man so it's a win-win. He's been doing MUCH better with sleeping through the night though. It's hit or miss but within the past couple months he's slept through the majority of nights. We iz happy

Yep, all night every night. It's easy because she's still immobile, all she does right now is spin in circles. Once she starts trying to escape we'll probably move her to her crib.

I delivered at Southern Maryland Hospital, hubby stayed the night with us and Jayden was in our room. I slept great though, waking up to breastfeed and when the nurses came in to push on my tummy. It seems like forever ago...such a special time

To each their own. I cosleep because I enjoy it and I feel comfortable with it. I know a lot of people aren't comfortable with the idea or it just doesn't work for them. Some nights are more restless than others because baby is fussy, going through a growth spurt or whatever. On the balance it's good, else I wouldn't keep doing it.

Our kids were like that. According to the due date for our 2nd, my husband and I weren't even in the same state together! :jet: Son #1 was made in NC on vacation. Son #2 was made in TN on vacation but the doctors said he was made while my husband was on travel and I was home in MD. :ohwell:

So um, do you and hubby just not have sex...ever? Real question here
