Anyone know what's going on?

When I left work shortly after 4 pm and finally arrived at the bridge, there was a bad fender-bender on the other side of the road (south-bound side) that everyone had to stop and see for themselves what was going on. Don't know if that's why traffic was still backed up at 7 pm though.
