I guess this is good news for anyone who wants a bright red dust collector. :coffee:
Somebody wants them.. including my 13 year old daughter..

Luckily we had a friend come through for us and we didn't have to pay $150 for Nicholas' Elmo.. She was super cool in fact.

I just can't see the interest. Yes it's cute the first or 2nd time you stand back and watch Elmo laugh, but then what?

See? He looks like he's having a seizure or throwing a tantrum. :lmao:

I saw him in action already. That's the point. Once you see him do his thing a few times... then what... I can't see any kid actually "playing" with this thing...

I figure Nicholas is either going to laugh hysterically, or scream.. over and over again.

Either way, good time for Mom and Dad!!

I agree. If I was a kid, I'd rather have a Cuddle Chimp.

Well I don't see the point in Crocs, but you just had to have them and all.

But, once the prices go down, they look like delightfully fun little dog toys. :cheesy:

Okay... THAT I understand. I do pay $12.95 for those screaming monkeys just to give it to my dog to play with...:yay:

I just checked eBay and the TMX Elmo's are averaging $50. Even the PS3's are capping at around $1K.

Year after year stuff like this goes on and people never feel taken afterwards that tney paid all that money when if they waited it would be cheaper and the same game system.

I remember in 1994 or 1995 when the first Tickle Me Elmo came out and it was going like hot bananas and still this thing's Christmas time legend lives on. Dude is cute but his creation really is outdated. Even Barbie had friends and family additions. :coffee:

I can't wait to see Baby Bubba's face as he opens up his present and gets to play with TMX Elmo for the first time. It is definitely going to be a very special video moment.
