I once wrote a note to my sons teacher that said

"please excuse ***** from school at 1:00 for a doctors appointment to have his head removed from his Butt"

(I was very good friends with his teacher though)

His teacher sent a note back that said

"let me know if it works because I have 20 other students that need the same treatment"

Throwing the deuces
There was a guy in my Creative Writing class in High School that was always late so he'd write a really funny note and sign his dad's name. The teacher would get such a kick out of them that he'd read them in front of the class. I honestly don't think that the teacher ever realized that the note wasn't really from the dad.
