The first cell phone cost $3,500. Wow how things have changed.

I was channel surfin' Sunday after the race and on TV Land or one of those channels, there just happened to be a scene where one of the characters was using a "bag phone."
Cool story?

Wow. I did not realize that they were around in 1973. I thought that the first cell phones were introduced in the early 90s. I cannot imagine talking on a phone that weighed 2.5 pounds.
