Vader was an excellent boy today at Petco...super sweet, smart, laid back, beautiful coat - I can't believe he hasn't found a family to call his own. I'd take him in a heartbeat...if I didn't already have a house full.
Clifford, he's such a big love too...I think he was happy enough laying around just chilling out, getting belly rubs.
Tanner wanted to play with everyone, he loves attention and did great w/ kids.
Nellie is a sweetie too...pretty girl who liked the other dogs and loved playing w/ Tanner.
Was awesome seeing Sobe, Guy, and Duncan (previously Celt)!!! They looked happy and healthy.

More of Second Hope's dogs will be at Pepper's Pet Pantry tomorrow - come by and find a new companion!

It just dawned on me, that I saw Vader today.

The dogs had so many people gathered around them.... that I skipped and visited the kitties. I was playing with Boris.... OMG.... IF I could have another cat, Boris would be it. What a great personality. I was talking to one of the very nice ladies there and Boris ran over and poked me in my nose with his nose. I must have taken way too long because my cell rang and my husband said... ahhhh... just thought I'd give you a call to remind you that you have groceries in the car. He just knew I would loose track of time with the animals and I was supposed to only pick up crickets and worms.

Clifford looks quite a bit like Hootch... he is without the agressive attitude... This guy is a love!!!

He also likes the water!!! He was loving the baby pool!

If you're looking for love w/out the lifetime commitment, fostering is the way to go. If you just want to show some love 2x or 3x a month, you can come to an adoption event and handle a dog for a few hours. I'll be bringing 2 puppies out soon, 3 to 4 months old.
