I always associated it with herion, since ya know...it is "smack", but apparently people use it to refer to getting high off of weed :shrug:

get smacked = get high.

So speaking of slang...
My best friend from Minnesota (who just turned 41 this year) called me today and asked me she should be concerned or offended when a guy (who's not her husband) text messages her (who's not his wife) an offer to be "friends with bennies".
She had no idea what that meant.

Not sure what it means, but I would just smack them and then say "your right" :shrug:
