Used to be a law in NYC about kids and having gates in the windows but I can't remember what the age limit. No telling WTF the sitter was doing that she didn't see him get as far as he did. Glad they caught him.

Wonder if the mom will sue the rescuers. After all, the kid ended up with a cut on his forehead and needed to go to the emergency room. Sounds like a good $5 Million settlement case to me. :sarcasm:
