As neighbors watched in horror, a Sacramento man bludgeoned his 1-year-old niece to death with a sledgehammer in a Monday afternoon attack on his family that left two others fighting for their lives, officials and witnesses said.

And all his neighbors sat by and WATCHED!?? They'll be passing legislation in CA making Sledge Hammers illegal.. oh and the lawsuits against the sledge hammer company.. Just have to wonder if only ONE of his neighbors had a gun.. could they have made a difference. actually SAVED the little girls life??

When someone is that strung out on drug's the only thing that will stop him is a nice clear shot or a Mac truck.

Unfortunately yes, I know there would be idiotic consequences I think I'd do the same thing though.
