Anyone watch Guy's Big Bite? Im going to be making the Mojito Chicken and McAllister Potatoes. Oh I can't wait. I split the chicken and put it in the marinade last night.

With all the spare time I have since moving here I decided to take up cooking again. Should be a good treat tonight!

Really? They are pretty much the only ones I can watch other then Aton or something like that. Every once in a while I will see his. My favorite is Diners Drive-ins and Dives. I really miss living near a good diner.

Had breakfast at one in Sayville this past weekend. Diners are great.

Tonight I think I'll do some Italian sausage on the grill. Found these real nice buns at Giant, they are extra wide and rounded inside to accommodate something like sausage or kielbasa.
