my brother is 12. he tells my parents that he still believes in santa. i personally think that he's playing them but i'm not sure. i would think that he would've heard the truth from the kids at school by now. i was 7 when my hoodlum neighbor told me. what do you think? how old were you when you stopped believing or how old were your kids?

My daughter was nine when she found out. She cried for days. Her POS dad told her that if she didn't believe in santa then she would not be getting any presents for x-mas. What a :loser: My son just found out and he is 9. Didn't bother him one bit. He was worried that his step dad (he calls him dad) might take it hard that there was no such thing as santa and took it upon himself to break it to dad.

i really think that he's scared if he tells my parents that he doesn't believe they'll cut back on his parents. yeah right, he's so freaking spoiled. well, we all were(are)

I believe in Santa. Those that do not are doomed to receive socks and underwear for Christmas.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

My son was more worried that I would be upset that I couldn't play santa anymore for him. It was so touching. He held my hand and kept patting it. My daughter was really good about not telling him that santa was not real. She completely helped him continue to believe. I have to give her credit for that.

I don't remember exactly what age I found out there was no Santa. I just remember snooping in my parents closet and finding my "Santa" gifts. I kinda put everything together...didn't bother me none though because we always got (and still do) get our big "Santa" gifts every Christmas.

Yeah, I was 7. Same thing.

I finally had a talk with my mom about it when I was 8, or rather, she had one with me. She told me that I'd still get presents even if I didn't believe in him, so I 'fessed up and told her I didn't. That was a cool moment for me, because after that, I got to stay up with the grown-ups putting stuff together for the younger kids.
