Speaking AS a person over 240 lbs. - I've always known this. I don't know why she bothered to make any kind of issue over it.

And the teenager? He won't get points from his employer for customer relations - but - he IS a teenager. Not widely known for exercising ANY kind of judgment when dealing with customers and it's not their own business.

Plus I would not be surprised at how she REALLY behaved when the incident took place. People do tend to gloss over those things.

I'm not one to fat shame, but I googled to get a better idea of the size of this woman. IMO she should've known better than to think a poor horse could carry her weight. She should invest in some home gym equipment and wear more concealing clothes.
