Ok. So a disadvantaged and marginalized fellow steals an ambulance that was on a call. Happens everyday, everywhere, right? However, WTOP really should fire Ivy Lyons who happens to be a digital journalist for WTOP.com. It was one man that did the stealing, of no known color, (the picture is a giveaway though), clarified in the story, and yet ....
"Police say that the suspect appeared to place their hands on a handgun in their waistband while threatening EMS workers."
Does this reporter have a magic crystal ball to know his pronouns or something? Or basic journalism 101 failure?
