This is complete bullcrap. This goes far beyond the kind of entrapment they use for prostitution. No money was changing hands, the guy thought he had a loose little hottie interested in him. I agree with ya but like I said, I believe the law says the po po cannot entrap you by coaxing you to do someting you otherwise wouldn't do. She asked him to take it out, he didn't volunteer.

It most certainly is entrapment. She wasn't a minor, nor a civilian. She was an officer of the law who physically and verbally talked this guy into whipping it out. This wasn't a sting where they just found this guy doing something wrong. They unfairly trapped him.

It's the same reason cops posing as hookers can't initiate 'the transaction' when they're trying to bust johns. The guy has to solicit the service.
