Tough Guy Dad Punches 2 yr Old

In My Opinion
looked up the names origin just to be sure but, Cordero as I suspected is a spanish origin name.

I think that we are stepping on toes here by expecting some illegal (until something is done to stop them, they are all assumed illegal) persons culture.

maybe in whatever country he snuck in from, raising the children like this is a custom that was developed to create a stronger child.

Instead of putting him down for this, perhaps we should embrace the custome, maybe even take a diversity course to help us understand how this is acceptable and how we are racist bastages for saying anything about it.

Why? Really, why did this "need" to happen? Did the 2 year old provoke his dad, was he taunting him because of his horrible parenting skills?

Why can't we have laws regarding breeding? One should have to take some sort of competency test. Currently I know of 2 couples living under the system with 3 children and one on the way, not all the same fathers. Then you have my sister and her husband who are college educated with great careers and had one hell of a time conceiving their one child. They are great parents, although not perfect they invest lots of love, time and money into their child, being completely selfless. They also spend a lot of time with my child, my sister says they're twins and jokes that she wants my child.

Why do you assume he's illegal? Sure there are Hispanic people that are completely legal, and even born in the good ole USA.

Did you not read about the Hollywood POS that abused his son? Surely (unfortunately) this happens in all races/cultures.

OK Here is where I get in trouble.

In that last Vid ,if it had been a male police officer who met the physical standards of the police departments of 1960 there probably wouldnt have been a problem to begin with,This officer is lucky the guy didnt take that stick and beat her with it.

I just can't be surprised by the stupid things some people do any more. Sad and sickening, but not surprising.

I am not against spanking or slapping kids' hands lightly when they touch things they shouldnt. 2 is a little young for a spanking, but a light smacking of the hands isnt harmful . Punching is a no-no even for large kids. Dont people who do things like this have any common sense at all?

I watched a friend of mine chase a kid around his car once , the kid then made a dash for the road, laughing all the way with his dad chasing him. The father madder than hell and the kid thinking this was funny. Luckily no cars were coming.

I never chased one of mine. Sooner or later they come into reach, then I punished them.Always adding a couple for not coming when called. As they got older , I made them come to me for their punishment. Never more than a couple of whacks behind the legs. It doesnt take much to display your disapproval to them, and a beating doesnt do them any more good. Another rule around my house was that the wife never told them to wait until I got home. If they needed it she gave it to them on the spot.

If you are mad wait until you calm down. Always tell them why they are getting it.
Never say you are going to spank them and then dont do it. They get onto that one real quick.

I know that in Meixco, parents can pretty much do whatever they want to their kids. They own their kids. They can beat them, berate them etc. The problem for them is, legal or not, they come to America, and try to raise them as if they are still in Mexico.

Biggest Problem, parent gets "Embarrassed" by the child, then goes off, where the punishment does not fit the crime ... walk away, count to ten, take a deep breath .... come back ....
