HEY EVERYONE,
Don't post much,but I just wanted to give a shout out to tqci.I'm in the boonies and could'nt get anything but dial up or sattelite.The latter being way too expensive for no more than I use it.Tried net zero.Thats just what I got.Zero!Called tqci the guy was great.Helped me big time!I thought real live customer service was dead.They are great!Just wanted to let people who are in the same situation know.

cool. I didn't know they were still around. Why weren't you happy with Netzero?

With net zero it was a rare occasion to get connected.Their costomer service was not free,and it sucked!They were trying to bill me for things I did not ask for and did not want.Just a bad all around experience.
