Pitty Party
for a 20' 3" boat. The one its on isn't mine and the mechanic it belongs to won't let me take it. Plus the boat is in Alexandria VA so barrowing it and taking it back would suck.

We've rented car trailers from U-Haul before.
Not positive they have boat trailers, but you could check!

Its cheaper to tow it then to run it that far on the water. Then what happens when he gets it down here?? Unless he lives on the water, or has a place to slip it, he's going to have to pull it out.

No I don't have a slip, but looking. I did go down to Ricks Marine. I know the son who is trying to get rid of his Dads inventory and such to pay off bills. I'm going tomorrow to negotiate about a trailer and other items.

At 8:25 a.m. Aug. 29, a resident of Mechanicsville reported that an unknown culprit had stolen his boat trailer, MD Reg. 860315G, missing the right rear light, from the Hallowing Point boat ramp parking lot.

A witness stated that he observed a white male, 6-foot, thin build, with blonde hair, driving a dark-colored Ford or Dodge diesel truck, leave the scene with the trailer.

TFC Lass of the La Plata Trooper barrack is handling the investigation

Luckily I'm not close to 6', have dark hair and I wouldn't say thin, but not fat.

Wouldn't own a Ford if someone gave it to me. :smack:

I own four Honda's and none are trucks.
