I just went past where G-scale train station use to be and saw a sign the said: "Angus MacGregor's Trading Post". Are we losing another train store or is Jim just trying to stay a float by diversifiing? How much of his limited space is no longer train related?

I find it interesting that this is now the third train store that sells unrelated things in the state of Maryland. The second that sells firearms.

It seems that trains have a very limited sector, thus other stuff is necessary.

By the way, I have some Lionel items from back in the late '50s time frame. Where can I get fair market value for the items?

Well I would suggest asking Jim (aka Angus MacGregor). After that I wouls suggest E-bay, or go to one of the larger train shows that come through the area. Usually Dulles Expo or Maryland state fair grounds.

I would like to know about this also. My fiance has some trains from his father and we were wondering what the market value would be...
