Getting one for the kids (teenagers). GENERALLY - money is no object. I want a good one. Advice? Trying to get input from as many as we can, but I only know one person PERSONALLY who owns one.

Sneakers

Just sneakin' around....
The only advice I can give is to watch all of those YouHooTube vids on trampolines and make sure it's what you want to do.

Make sure your medical insurance is up to date on the kiddos.

And your homeowners insurance. In Middletown a neighbor kid got hurt on another neighbor's trampoline and it got ugly fast.

Trampolines are a blast, though. :yay:

THAT is the thing I'm concerned about. We have a fence in our back yard - AND we have a pool. So far, we've never had to deal with unwanted guests just coming into our yard and taking a swim. Some relatives have told me THEIR insurance company told them, get rid of it or we're yanking coverage. I've never heard that before, and I now know of half a dozen people who have them.

One thing I'm pretty clear - only my kids will ever be allowed on it.

Some insurance companies will let you do a rider on your policy to cover the trampoline, or they may cover it outright. Best to call and make sure because you don't want to find out the hard way.
