Tri Star Construction

My last house was a Tri Star. Built in 2000, we moved in in 2004 and out in 2005. There was nothing wrong with the house but we weren't there long at all.

I did however hear (I don't know the validity) that they are formerly Washington Homes. My parents have a Washington Home house that was built in 1986 and has NOT held up well at all.

Washington homes OMFG.. are they a piece of crap!!!! If you are looking for a good home supposedly Caruso was voted the best builder of the year by a few different places around.. Personally if you are looking to get a home built or need to have an addition, basement, ect call us. WWW.AJKHOMEIMPROVEMENTS.COM
Not trying to say we are the best, but only this site and word of mouth has brought us plenty of work, Don't use the yellowbook... what a waste. And stay away from the following; Centex homes, k hovarian (former washington homes) any TRACK home builder...

So k hovarian is what Washington Homes used to be? and not Tri Star?

What is a Track Home Builder?

track home builder is one that will continually build the same homes over and over and over, and if you go into each home, they have the same problems in each and every one. Suart Kret / Miller construction company are the same way, if you look in each home, everyone they all build will have the same structual / drywall imperfections ect. Heck walk into the stuart kret agricopia original model home and look at the mouldings in the 22 ft foyer area, all of em have come loose and can see the caulked gap under it. To me if after one year you have as many problems as have been reported by homeowners you should have done more research in the builder. Problems are re-occuring in all the homes, It has recently come to my attention that stuart kret's name is listed as the management company, Love concrete is the foundation company, Miller construction is the builder (framing) Taylor electric is the heating, plumbing and electric contractor, Willett's is the drywall contractor, Instant colors does the painting, and so on... Stuart Kret subs out all the work.... just like K-Hovarian (form washington homes)
