I posted a thread a few days ago about the previous owner of my phone # signing up for a service with our number. I was telling my sister about this, and she said she was also charged for the same thing. She called the company and they told her she signed up for it. Apparently, TriVoice International is somehow signing people up for their service and hoping they don't notice the $14.95 charge on their bills. 
I'm not sure if it's just Verizon, because both my sister and I have Verizon. You may want to check your phone bills for a "VOICEMAIL MO FEE."
